anyone else having issues where there watch only shows a blank screen- cant use any features or even see the time

Hi @Melissa7 , restart your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. Repeat this procedure, if necessary, two to three times. Erik

Untill you see the Fitbit logo, can take about 10 seconds or more. Erik
