watch not turning on

anyone else having issues where there watch only shows a blank screen- cant use any features or even see the time

--is that a part of this banner about an interruption--just wanted to check

Hi @Melissa7 , restart your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. Repeat this procedure, if necessary, two to three times. Erik

how long to you hold down the left button? I have tried many times no success

Untill you see the Fitbit logo, can take about 10 seconds or more. Erik
