when fitbit log appears and no watch-face, I used to reset my versa 2 again and very difficultly to get the job done.
Don't do that . Please see the attached file for reference..Use your fibit app in your smartphone.
Today tab-----your profile photo----versa2 tile---open the watch- face selection---
Look at the bottom of that page, you will see the phenomena like the attached file.
It is the period that all the app are installing .
Just wait all the installment are finished and Every thing will be ok again.

Note:If members of fitbit technique group see this article, please consider why all the app are not saved properly and do your best to figure it out.

@jerrylinhome thanks for that suggestion! As long as the watch can communicate with the app even though the screen is frozen it is the simplest way to reset the watch face.
