when the versa can sync with HUAWEI mate 10 pro

I have been using the fitbit versa almost a year.

I already talked with the support team 9 months ago about letting Fitbit works with Huawei mate 10 pro, and the team keep telling me that it will be ....

since then (even Huawei launched mate 20 pro already)

i haven't heard any progressing or some news.

so i wonder if the team will take this topic seriously or should i change the smartwatch?

(or should i change my phone ?? haha)

Hi, it's unfortunately a known issue that Fitbit and Huawei phones have issues regarding BT and thus syncing, see the bottom of this article: "https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AGetting_Started&p=versa...

@tabby166  Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your phone. As @SunsetRunner mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

I am waiting for my fitbit to come in the post. I bought it and then realised it may not be compatible with my phone. I have the mate 10 pro. Has this worked with yours?

Hi, I would also like to know if works with 10 Mate pro. I switched to huawei watch a while back and their app is not as good. Thinking of buying another fitbit watch but not if it does not work with Huawei 10 or huawei 20 pro..
