My face came off on my Versa. I currently have it taped down and it still records everyting (I think) but I am unable to swipe it to change screen, therefore cannot start and stop excercise or check any stats. It is still connected by a cable. It is the 2nd Versa i have gone through and their customer service sucks. The first one broke when it got wet even though it was supposed to be waterproof even with a swimming feature. They offered a $30 discount on a new one. I won't buy another.

Hi @Flyers there are no repair services for these devices. A few online services offer them, but the price could exceed that of a new device.
