It sounds like you are still talking about private messages from this board. They are not viewable in the app on the phone.
Only way to view on the phone is to use your Browser and then go to FitBit.com

Hello @Aanand. are you on the Fitbit app or the web?
Or you refferingtrto the community priivate messages. Click on tgetenvelope in the top right.
If your refferring to messages from friends you can tap the message icon at the top of fitbit.com or under the comunity of the app.

still, the inbox and outbox are not in sync in mobile application and in the community from the laptop via ios safari

@Aanand each community member has two accounts on Fitbit. Their Fitbit account that the tracker and the Fitbit app is connected to and the community account that you are posting in now
Each has their independent message inbox. The two shall not mix

I'm having the same issue. Started one morning out of nowhere. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. My Private message will not come thru. Getting an error that the app is not synced to the phone ????

Which private messages are you referring to @SunsetRunner the PM's from this community or the PM's from your friends on your Fitbit.com account?
