why can't i download any apps or watch faces on my pc windows 10 fitbit app?

cannot install apps nor watch faces on my versa through only device available - my laptop 😞

Hi, this is the limitation when using your PC as main interface with your Versa. all the clock and apps are part of the Fitbit app normally installed on the phone.  I installed the Fitbit app on my Windows 10 laptop, but it's not the same as the one for mobile devices.

BTW 1: do you have a tablet??? When yes, you can install the Fitbit app there and setup your Versa in the usual way with your tablet. 

BTW 2: did you try to setup your Versa with your Honor 6a? In the list of the supported device, these are supported by Fitbit: Honor 6X, Honor 6 and Honor 6 Plus. So, when these are supported, why would the 6a not be supported, although not being in the list, which does not automatically mean that's it not supported, but only not listed yet.
