why has my Fitbit stopped displaying my steps and heart rate

I have logged out of everything, and logged back in, and my Fitbit still won't display my steps or heart rate, although I can see the information on the Fitbit app

any ideas? please

@vickia49 - please try changing to a different clock face. See if your data shows up there. Let us know.

Can you elaborate on "won't display my steps or heart rate'?  Is it shown as 0 steps, blank area, dashes, space for steps to show completely missing, . . . ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

If it was not a "by Fitbit" clock face, I think sometimes Fitbit makes changes that not all developers don't keep up with right away.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, @vickia49 - this has happened to me. Sometimes the clock faces do not keep up with upgrades, etc. glad it worked for you.  Happy stepping!
