Really, it was a tough debate between Apple watch and Fitbit Versa. At minimum wage after all the hours spent trying to update this watch it would have been cheaper to get the series 4. ;(

I bought my husband a Versa for his birthday which is today and I am having the same issues updating the firmware. I am in Australia. There is a pink message on Fitbit's page saying it is a known issue which is reassuring its not a fault with the Versa. Hopefully Fitbit will remedy the situation asap.

Experiencing the same issue. Purchased Versa a few hours ago, and have synced just fine but the firmware update fails with both WiFi and Bluetooth. Have tried everything under the sun from suggestions in other community posts. Hopefully Fitbit finds a resolution for this, because like many others, I am eager to use it!!

I have been waiting three weeks on my Versa to arrive after my Charge 3 suddenly stopped working and Fitbit had problems with their delivery services. Complete nightmare that this won't download.  Hoping that it is fixed by tomorrow as I have bootcamp and need to count the calories lol!

I updated from the Alta to Versa today and I can’t update. I’m in a weekly challenge and have been putting off my workout all day. I’m leaving soon for the gym! 😢😢😢

Per the chat I had with Fitbit they said there is not an ETA on the resolution to the issue.

Is there an expected time when the issue will be resolved? How long do issues like those usually take?

Got mine today for my birthday today...wasted 4 hours troubleshooting it and about to use my gift receipt and return this stupid thing. How long has this been down? Hoping just hours, if it's been days I'm taking it back and getting an Apple. Frustrated!!! 😡
