wireless headphones don't work with versa

I can't get my wireless headphones to work with my versa. It is paired but I only get a beep but no sound. And when I connect them to my Samsung phone instead it sounds awful and makes all kinds of noises, seems like it can't be used white another Bluetooth connected (the versa) . works fine on my husband's phone so it's not the headphones that don't work.

If you are having issues with your headphones connecting to your Versa, I recommend trying the following steps:

• Restart your Versa
• Unpair and repair your Bluetooth earphones 
• Make sure to wear your Versa on the same side as the receiver on the headphones

i have already tried this severall times. they find them but don't work. And when I pair to my phone instead the sound is static and awful.

I finally got them working. But i cant listen to deezer or spotify, how do i listen to the apps on my phone?
