Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! Thank you for sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your device with your desktop. You can set up and sync your device with over 200 phones and tablets, as well as Windows 10 computers and Mac or Windows 8.1 computers. If you haven't set up your watch, please check the requirements and steps to set up your device in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
