My new versa won't sync to my desktop any suggestions on how to get it to work?

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! Thank you for sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your device with your desktop. You can set up and sync your device with over 200 phones and tablets, as well as Windows 10 computers and Mac or Windows 8.1 computers.
