recently i got a protective jelly case for my versa (best idea for a clumsy person like me) it protects the watch all nice but it has probably decreased sensitivity or whatever, since when i lift my arm up to see the time / etc it won't turn the screen automatically on i gotta tap it or use buttons. is there anything i can do while keeping the protective case on ? 15516069769351517247354.jpg

Check you haven't accidentally turned 'Screen Wake' off, perhaps while putting on case.

Hold in left button a few seconds.  At top see 'Screen Wake' - tap to toggle on or off.  If don't see Screen Wake, swipe left or right to see it.
