Same issues everyone is having, screen not swiping any direction at times. In the overnight its constantly restarting itself and getting stuck on the fitbit loading icon as well as not showing heart rate. Have restarted it plenty of times with a fitbit made face as its plastered all over this issue to "fix" but never does as it either returns or didn't fix it to begin with. I got mine on boxing day but regretting it because of these issues. Should have gotten an apple watch if I'm honest. I can say I've not had water damage just to rule that out as any likely cause. I;m hesitant to factory reset it because someone posted theirs "bricking" up completely afterwords.

By the amount of people experiencing issues right now caused by its own firmware update seems ridiculous that its still unresolved with a clear way to fix, or with a WORKING firmware patch, but told repeatedly to "restart with a fitbit made face" as a "fix all solution". I'm not one to rate products normally, but I'm definitely not please with my experience with it so far, and how this issue is being handled

My versa 2 has lost all of its touch response to do anything on it, still displays the face selected (by fitbit), always on display and motion activation works and still records data (for the most part). The left button does work to snooze the alarm but had restarted itself before it was able to ring again, so I'm still unsure if ill actually be able to end an alarm that's going without the touch screen. I've read about things to be doing in some of these situations from others, and often they require doing something on the watch by going into settings or whatnot, but i cannot even get to said places on the watch because of its screen not responding to touch. I haven't tried to factory reset yet though

receives an email, "did a reply to your post help your situation?"

my own reply, update, did not in fact help my situation.

where actually the versa 2 situation has progressed. having struggling through a factory reset, and finally have it in a semi stable-ish state. where its stuck in what i believe to be a very early version, where it can only hold 1 clock face at a time (which i can only assume is an earlier version). yet its still records things like steps, but any kinds of operations to be performed on the actual watch don't really work, aside from waking from the always on clock to the standard face.
