No reconoce los contactos al recibir llamadas

Al notificar llamadas siempre aparece Phone y nada más. Desde hace un par de meses. He hecho de todo. Quitado dispisitivo, reiniciado, añadido, apagado Buetooth, de todo, resincronizado y nada. Solo aparece Phone al recibir llamadas y espero llamadas importantísimas del hospital. Demás notificaciones sí aparecen los nombres. Ya no se me ocurre qué más hacer. Gracias.

Hi @Pancheva  What phone are you using? This problem is often related to a phone that is only partly compatable.

Hola, no me deja responderte. Es Galaxy S8 y antes sí me funcionaba. Saludo y gracias.

The S8 is definitely compatable - that is the phone I use and mine works really well with my Versa 2. Do you have 'Show notifications' on your Lock Screen turned on,  on your phone (in your phones settings) ? If that doesnt help all I can suggest is that you contact Customer Support and see if they can help you..
