AI Coach no generating a workout plan

I've been trying for hours. Restarted phone etc, still nothing is working.

Hello @davidema 

I've seen multiple users reporting that they aren't getting a Workout Plan. I believe the team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

For now, please report this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review. Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, your report helps with their issue investigation.

My AI Coach is still unable to create a workout plan.

Same here - just keeps giving me an error “something went wrong” and since there’s no way for me to manually change the plan, this is a hard failure.

I have tried logging off / on, offloading the app, and completely reinstalling the app - the error persists.

Same. Recent app update seems to have busted it for me.

I managed to get it to work again a couple of weeks ago, but now this week, a new week, it's failed to create a new plan. 
This preview requires a lot of work to be more reliable. When it comes to health and fitness consistency is key - so the software you use needs to be consistently reliable also.

Still not working after nearly 3 weeks now. 

The AI Coach cannot process anything to do with a Workout Plan and cannot create a new one.

I go through all the steps and then it says that it will produce a plan in 10 minutes only for nothing to happen again and again and again and again.

Makes the app basically useless.

Interestingly, the app AI is still referencing the workouts that would have been in the plan (based on previous plans and my attempts to set up this week) but the Vew plan is "No workout planned" every day and there is no way to update or add exercises.

I get that they're trying to compete with Oura, Hume and other platforms that provide actionable feedback but when you don't have a reliable app to start with the "upgrade" turns into this disaster.

Once this works, it might be useful for some users but as is there's definitely no value for athletes/advanced users.  It takes way too much work and the exercise library is too limited with no way to add new/variations to a personal library

Same problem here it'll tell me I'll get it in 10 minutes and nothing but in the AI coach chat you can see the plan that said out for you except it's not in a calendar format at least you can try and use it from there

And after speaking to them on chat, nothing worked - they would only aplogise and said it needs to be fixed by them and included in an app update but would not give any timeframe nor offer an extension on my subscription!

I invested in a Google Pixel 10 phone and Pixel 4 watch with Fitbit Premium, thinking they would offer me a seamless and trouble-free experience.  I hate to say it but Apple may have been a better ecosytem!

I just opened the app and suddenly I have a full week of workouts. no notification was sent. Finally! Only took about a week.
