This is happening to me today (5/7) as well. It worked fine through yesterday (5/6) and showed the cardio load for all workouts but now today's exercise as well as all prior exercise logs show 0 cardio load. Total daily cardio load (including today) is still there, however, just not in the individual workouts.
I'm using a Pixel Watch 4 with a Pixel 10 Pro.

Same here on my iPhone. Looks like the update to version 4.69 messed up the TRIMP calculations. And there seems to a difference for different activities. Looks like spinning is more sensitive for zero values compared to walking of outdoor biking
