Coach broken in multiple ways this week

This week, the Coach has the following issues: 

  • Cannot access my plan, although it says I have one. It did not create a plan of exercises for me this week. I can see that the plan shows next week.
  • Probably because of the first item, it won't create any exercises for me on request.
  • It's telling me that I have 15 day activity streak, even though yesterday was a rest day. 
  • It failed to capture our analyze a variety of health metrics over the weekend. I did restart my pixel watch 4 and I do have have metrics today, so that may be unrelated.

I know this is a Preview, but I'm baffled how it seems to be getting worse over time vs better. 🤷‍:male_sign:

@Spaceghostinme   Please send feedback using the Fitbit app, if you haven't done it already.  Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.  I'm having different issue, but I sent feedback about mine.

I'm having the same problem. The AI coach remembers and can tell me the workout plan, but it does not appear in the app for my to quickly look at exercises/log weights etc. Screenshots attached, also reported in app

I'm having the same problems, even though I asked for a plan to get to 30 kilometers a week. When I ask the coach in the morning what workout to do, or tell him my intentions, the response is the one you see in the screenshot below. I've already sent several feedbacks through the app, but nothing has been resolved yet.

@LZeeW The "feedback" feature within the Fitbit app is very restrictive and not easier to use than reporting issues on this forum. It doesn't allow formatting, and it doesn't allow the attachment of screenshots.

Other moderators HAVE confirmed that the developers are using feedback from this forum. Also, the "Welcome" post on this forum specifically says this is for feedback.

So the advice to report issues using the "feedback" feature within the app is not helpful.
