Daily readiness score

Public preview has been going well until now. My daily readiness score had stopped calculating for no reason. I trained 5 to 6 days and always wear my versa 4. No change in habits. Is anyone else having this issue.

Hello @TerryG64

According to this help page on Daily Readiness (<-- click), the algorithm uses your sleep, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate to calculate your score. Do you see data for all three in Public Preview?

Are you seeing a blank for your Daily Readiness score? I noticed that the Daily Readiness score stopped appearing on the Today page along with the Coach summary after I had to uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app on my phone. I had to edit the dashboard at the top of the Today page and select Daily Readiness as one of the metrics so that I could see the score.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far, if any?

I have same issue, since a couple of days. My coach don't give me the summary of days and recommendations

Hello @Pascalvp

Are you not seeing your Daily Readiness score at all in the Public Preview or only on the Today page?

When you tap on the Health tab, do you see Customize across from Key metrics? If so, tap on it and see if you find the Readiness tile. You can tap it to add it to your Health page.

@RiekoC   That feature doesn’t exist on iOS.  Can you add a screenshot so I can send feedback?

@LZeeW

Let me know if this screenshot has the info you're looking for.

On Android, I see Key Metrics and the option to Customize. Tapping on Customize will display additional tiles that can be added to this page.

@RiekoC   No Customize option on iOS.  Actually, no page like that with that information in two columns.

@LZeeW , Public Preview Android version displayed 2 columns for Key Metrics from the beginning, if I recall correctly.

I think the option to customize showed up in ver 4.67 after awhile. Or when the app updated to ver 4.68. It's for me to remember exactly when the Customize option appeared. I recall that I tapped on the tab and just noticed Customize was there on the page.
