Inspire 3 is not tracking my heart rate zones minutes

ANSWERED

My Fitbit app is not recording my Heart Rate Zones for individual exercise activities. The app will display my They are being recorded as the app displays my Heart Rate Zones on a 24 hour basis. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I use a Pixel 10, have Fitbit Premium and use the public preview as opposed to the standard app.

@Steven7217   It turns out that heart rate zone analysis in the Exercise summary is listed as a feature that is not yet available in the Public Preview.  So it is working as expected for now.  Current Feature Status in Preview

@Steven7217   I moved your post to the PublicPreview forum, a better fit for this issue.  This isn't a device issue.  It's a Public Preview app display issue.  The iOS version also has a display issue.  The workout summary lists 0 zone minutes, has a correct graph, but the Time in each zone bar graph has no data.

Please send feedback directly in the Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.

I don't think Support can help you with this.  The app needs an update that fixes the problem.

@MarreFitbit - Thank you for your kind response. I have been in touch with support, but the situation remains unsolved.

I have deleted and reinstalled my Fitbit Inspire 3. I update the Fitbit app whenever available. Still, the exercise summary page

continues to read, "You didn't spend time in any heart rate zones."

@LZeeW Any time frame of when this will be resolved. I am trying to use the Preview version but I find my self switching back and forth for things like avg. heart rate after completing an exercise. For example on the Public Preview App it shows 66 bpm (avg) vs. 107 bpm (avg) on the standard Fitbit App. And I don't see Active Zone Minutes in the Public Preview. I have used the AI coach to set goals and an exercise plan for me that I am going to use next week and like the output.

@bdocfinder   Sorry, I don’t.  Google generally doesn’t share this information in advance.
