New Sleep Quality Metrics not showing

Two days ago I my Fitbit app mentioned that I was receiving the new sleep features differentiating between sleep duration and sleep quality.

Sleep duration is functioning and showing all the metrics correctly. The new sleep quality metrics (including time to sound sleep, interruptions, time to awakening etc) are NOT showing in the app BUT if I ask coach for the new sleep quality metrics coach is able to give me a full breakdown. So they are being tracked but aren't showing up in the app under sleep quality. I am in Android and use Charge 6

Any help would be appreciated;

Hello @domv33

The various Public Preview features are rolling out, albeit a bit slowly.

When you get the Coach's morning summary on the Today page, do you see a score? If you see a score, tap the score. That should take you to a Sleep page that has the Sleep quality metrics.

If this doesn't show you a page with the sleep quality metrics, that indicates to me that the feature hasn't fully rolled out to you yet. It will be a matter of time before it shows up for you.

 appreciate the response. That makes sense about the features being rolled out. I've attached a screenshot. You can see the sleep score and detailed breakdown but the additional sleep metrics aren't showing. But if I ask coach for them it'll give me the metrics.... Thoughts?

@domv33   The Android and iOS versions can behave differently.  I don't see the new metrics when I'm on the same page as your screenshot.  I can see them when I tap on the Sleep icon.  Do you see them there?  "Work in progress" is an understatement about Public Preview.  It might take more time to get to the page in your screenshot.

@RiekoC mentioned tapping the Sleep score in the Coach's morning summary card.  That doesn't do anything on iOS.

Hello @domv33

I'm not sure why we see some of the new metrics, then they disappear, only to return at a later time. It's happened to me with the sleep metrics. I think that it will be a matter of time before you're back to seeing the Sleep quality metrics on the sleep page.
