Hi, is there a way to switch off, remove, or reset the AI coach? Over the past few weeks it has gone haywire, getting fixated on a made up non-existent health condition and referencing it in EVERY message, whether I have just woken up, exercised, or finished the day. Repeated requests to erase it are met with assurance that this has been done, only for it to return exactly as before in the next message, and every message that follows.
Overall the app is great, but this inanity is a deal breaker. It has come accompanied with a more bossy and officious tone also - when it’s not back-peddling - assigning feelings, emotive language and ‘instructions’ about what I should do that are hardly relevant to the reality, but drawn from whatever fantasy it is tripping out on.
It would be great to hear that there is something being done about this, but in the meantime if there is a way I can reset or switch it off, that would be really helpful. Many thanks in advance,

Hello @ReTracer
Although I'm not sure that this will work, you could try clearing the data & cache for the Fitbit app on your phone.
If this doesn't work, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every submitted feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.
