Sleep insight

ANSWERED

I do not want the sleep insight notifications.

I do like the morning brief.

Is it possible to just get rid of the sleep insight notification? I used to get just the morning brief. Something with Fitbit changed.

Hi, @juniebug , to turn this off, on the opening screen top right tap on your profile picture/icon/initial.  On the next screen choose “Fitbit settings” and then “Push notifications”.  Scroll to find “New sleep insights” and toggle this off if you do not wish to receive them.  Scroll further to find “Morning brief” and choose whether to have this off or on.

I hope this helps!  Welcome to the Community Forums!
