For this week, my fitbit fitness data has disappeared multiple days. 3 days ago Monday disappeared, yesterday Tuesday disappeared, and today now Wednesday is gone!! Also my pixel 4 watch and Fitbit keeps making my watches calories go crazy and not act right. I switch back to the public Fitbit and all my weeks data is there but the calories don't match my watch at all. So I go back to the beta and each day another day of my week disapears. It's doing it in pattern here. Please fix this. We are paying for it!!
As you can see after watching Monday and Tuesday go missing over 2 days I had a feeling Wednesday was going to disappear today next and it did!!
I use pixel 9 pro xl all updated with pixel 4 watch

Since you see your activity data in the regular Fitbit app, that tells me that there's an issue with the Public Preview not correctly syncing with your data stored on the Fitbit servers.
If you haven't already done so, please submit an Issue/Feedback report from the Public Preview Fitbit app
The Issue/Feedback reports are received by the team for review.
If I see any updates on this issue, I'll report back.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove MobileTrack from the account.
2. Make sure the Fitbit app and Phone are up to date.
3. Clear cookies and Cache on the Fitbit app.
4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
5. Restart the phone.
