My smart scale enters body weight and fat/Lean mass everyday into Fitbit.
I feel like the today page should give insights based on your trends and tips to align with your goals. Should even be able to connect information with your workouts and if the trends are seeing progress.
I'm really hoping that when nutrition is released, that section will give insights that include weight information.
*** Yes, I've already sent this in as feedback within the app itself

Hello LawnPaul,
Does your weight log at the right time in Fitbit? My Renpho scale sends the data via Health Connect, but Fitbit keeps changing the timestamp from 8:17 AM to 1:15 PM. The weight is right, but the time is wrong. I verfied the Healthconnect data and it looks like it has the correct timestamp. Do you have a similar issue ?

I just double-checked. It is syncing the right time. Maybe your scale app is set to a different time zone?

I agree having trend-based insights on the Today page would make the data way more useful instead of just numbers. Hopefully nutrition tracking will finally connect weight, workouts, and food in a meaningful way. That kind of context would really help with motivation and consistency. Until then, being mindful of nutrition patterns helps too this article on high-carb foods to avoid for weight loss is a good read: https://betterme.world/articles/high-carb-foods-to-avoid-for-weight-loss/

@poleran I'm currently doing screenshots and giving everything to the Gemini app. That way I'm getting all the info that I'm hoping Fitbit codes will be doing soon. It does a great job of correlating body weight, body fat, and everything. I also give it screenshots of the nutrition from Fitbit legacy so I can see what I'm eating. It's a bit annoying needing to take 10 screenshots everyday and then sharing them to Gemini, but it is very nice seeing how powerful the AI really is.
I'm quite excited for what " could be"
