Where do I find my workouts?

I'm using public preview and loving it so far.

Today in my "Workout plan" I have a 10 minute mobility and stretching session. Where do I find out what I'm actually supposed to be doing in that session? As in what stretches, how many etc or which of the pre-existing Fitbit sessions should I be doing?

@CeriH13   Do you get an explanation when you tap on that tile?  I don't have that as one of my goals, but I get some type of explanation for every workout.  My weight training workouts include a list and each exercise includes a repeating video that show me how to do it properly.

@CeriH13   Try asking Coach to explain recommended stretches.  I asked Coach if it could create a stretching workout for me.  It is trying.  It is listing some stretches and time recommendations, but the app froze twice.  I can't get a complete answer.  You might have more luck.  Coach called it Full Body Gentle Stretching Routine.

Work in progress is a huge understatement.

Update: the page finally loaded.  Perhaps you just need to ask the Coach in a different way.
