I have recently started a new workout plan trying to implement exercises to help with definition of my abs. What are good exercises to do I need to do?

Hi, @Kevgrant86, welcome to the community. In the "Today" tab, touch the "Ask Coach" floating button and write a conversational note to the coach (I want to improve the definition of my abs. Can you suggest workouts and devise a programme?) You'll then get a conversation going, where you'll be asked about the equipment you have available - at home or in the gym, which will result in a personalised schedule bearing in mind the data from your Fitbit watch, a summary with a video and a comprehensive description of what to do. If you need to make changes, use the same button and tell the coach what you want to change. The more you engage, the better the result becomes.
