Hey, Fitbit Community!

We’re excited to bring you the latest features and improvements in version 4.68 of the Public Preview. We’ve been listening to your feedback and are continuing to refine your coaching experience with new ways to stay motivated and track your progress.

Here’s what’s new and how you can use these features to reach your goals:

  • Personalized Fitness Coach Recommendations. We’ve updated our fitness coaching to offer a more flexible experience. Here's what's new:
    • Instead of a set schedule, you’ll now receive personalized weekly targets and tailored workout recommendations designed specifically to help you reach your health goals.
    • Coach provides tailored workouts to help you hit each target, or you can do it your own way. You choose how and when to move.
    • Note for Public Preview users with previous plans: You can still download or delete your existing scheduled plans here. Our team is actively iterating on this feature to bring you even more improvements—stay tuned!
  • Guided workouts with Step-by-step Execution. Ready to move? You can now follow new step-by-step guidance for workouts recommended by your coach.
  • Adapt your Fitness Plans (Coming soon): You will soon be able to adapt your workout plans through conversational interactions with your coach or by using the Adapt missions or Adapt workout buttons in the Fitness tab. This feature is coming in a later update—stay tuned!
  • Stay motivated with messages in the Today tab. Look out for personalized messages throughout your day, including Morning Moments to start your day right and Post-Workout Summaries to celebrate your activity.
  • More natural Conversational Check-Ins. We’ve improved the check-in feature so you can interact with your coach more naturally. Just tap into the chat to see how you’re doing!
  • A deeper dive with a revamped Sleep Score. Understand your rest better with a new Sleep Score and a more transparent view of how your score is calculated. To learn more see our blog post.
  • Edit your Sleep logs with ease (Android only). Need to make an adjustment to your nightly rest? Android users can now edit their Sleep logs. Just tap on your sleep summary from last night, tap the three dots, and select Edit Sleep. Give it a try and let us know your thoughts—iOS users, this feature is coming your way soon!

Important Note: As we integrate your historical data into this new coaching experience, you may notice some duplicate or summarized entries in your coach notes. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide a more complete view of your health!
