Evening recap generating variations of the same message every 30 seconds

I know bugs can be expected but this one is a bit frustrating. Steps to recreate: nothing I can tell. These get generated automatically. I was able to find a way to turn it off in settings but I would like to turn them back on once the bug is fixed. As you can see from my screenshot, the evening recap gets generated every 30 seconds with slightly different versions generated by the AI.

I'm having the same issue and it's driving me insane as it's happening around every 10 seconds. Going to have to turn off Fitbit notifications but knowing it's generating new summaries in the background isn't ideal.

Edit: I went into Fitbit settings and it stopped. Not sure whether it was going to stop on its own or I triggered the stoppage by going into settings.

I got this tonight. Any word on what caused it for you?

My particular situation was that it was my rest day but I got a good walk in. It kept giving me around 4-5 summaries saying that.

Mine was a bit different, it sounds like...it was my EOD summary. So far, though, only one tonight. Hopefully this is the end of the multi-notification weirdness!
