Hello Fitbit team,
Here to share things I've noticed thus far.
1. When linking workouts to planned workouts if the wrong one is selected by accident then the unlinking function doesn't appear to work. When I tested it, it gave an error and then the planned workout showed done, but at the same time uncompleted and put it back in the list of uncompleted workouts. The one that showed complete still had the workout I had listed inside of it but also moved it out and I was unable to link a workout to the uncompleted version of the workout.
2. After linking a workout to a planned workout, it sometimes removes the stats from that workout from the data used to make the graphs. For example, I had a 60 min run of about 5-6 miles on Sunday. I linked that to my Sunday 1hr endurance run. Yet for Sunday on my running distance graph in the fitness section it only shows 1.03 miles run for this week which includes Sunday. So far the daily graphs all seem correct, just the weekly ones after linking a workout to a planned workout seem to have issues randomly. This leads into my next one
3. After linking a workout to a planned workout a lot of the details from that workout that would be normally there disappear. I'll give an example and try to be as detailed as possible. While I weight train, I wasn't diligent enough to record what data is in the strength training before being linked to a planned workout and after so I'll need to check that out next time. When a workout such as running/walking etc is tracked and added to a planned workout I can only see the map of the area I ran with heart zone colors, duration, energy burned, average heart rate, cardio load, active zone minutes, a graph of heart rate, graph of time in each zone, and then a workout summary which offers no additional details (I'll also get into that as another point as well). Without it being linked I get the following stats, map of the area I ran with heart zone colors, duration, energy burned, distance, steps, average pace, average heart rate, cardio load, elevation gain, graph of heart rate, graph of time in each zone, graph of lap pace for each mile, graph of elevation gain. I'd like the things in bold to be added to the planned workout once they've been linked and I don't see a reason why they wouldn't be there.
4. When linking a workout to a planned workout for strength training all the data for sets and weight is inaccessible after linking. This needs to be accessible still so I can check what I did before and work with the ai coach in regards to sets and weight as it makes modifications. I think the page where I can see the workouts and add sets, weights, and search exercises manually or via the ai is great. I'd like that page still accessible after the workout is listed as completed. It would also be good to be accessible incase I submitted my workout incorrect and forgot to modify it before linking it to a workout and having it listed as completed.
5. I believe I've seen others mention this as well, but sometimes after I complete and link my strength training workout to my planned workout, some of the workouts that I had checked had disappeared from the list of completed workouts. For one of my planned workouts in particular this has happened each week. I tried having the ai add the workout and I tried manually adding it but either way 2 of the workouts aren't listed and then the next week of the plan it shows them removed and I have to add them again. Not sure what the issue is there.
6. Love the catalog of workouts listed and the ability to search. I think there are a lot of workout machines and general workouts that need to be added
7. In the health section the personal records section appears to not be working. None of the values for me appear to populate and it shows I have no personal bests for mile, 2 mile, 5k, 10k, etc. I like these values a lot and I think there should be more of them for even weight training for a specific workout that someone can list in there as one they'd like to be added to personal records like squat, deadlift, bench press, etc. Could extend to swimming, biking, etc so people can track there personal bests for the sports and exercises that matter most to them besides just running.
That's about all I have for now but I'll probably think of more later. Thanks for reading if you've gotten this far

I've sent feedback quite a few times stating that there should be history for weight and reps done. Like if you have a workout today doing bench press, you should be able to click on that to see what your history has been for that. Even having a graph should be feasible, as other apps do this. I hope they implement this
And oh my god do they need rest timers. I'm so tired of the app telling that I should take rest between sets to improve, when I am taking rest but it has no idea because there's no timers. Hopefully that's added along with logging individual sets. Hopefully logging individual sets would also allow for better health metrics. Like when it comments on my squats and what my heart rate was, but without me logging individual sets, how does it even know that was what I was doing with my heart rate was what it is specifically mentioning

I don't know if this is a recent add or something that was always there but I have noticed I can set as an exercise "rest" which I can add between sets. I've also wondered about the individual sets since it will mention that during a specific set my heart rate increased from x to y. I wonder if the AI expects us to complete them in the order they are presented from top to bottom or for my case I kind of do them for whatever machine/equipment is available so I'll check mark one of the exercises and it does it based off the order they are checked completed. I think that will be a good experiment today since I'll be in the gym. I can try to give an update on that but I imagine it might be hard to do since I can't exactly check my watch while I lifting the weight but will have to check it based off the time and heart rate during my rest time. I have noticed that if I increase or decrease the duration of my exercise in the app that the data changes for any workorder (lifting or running) so I believe it just takes the heart rate data from the time period the exercise is started and ended on the fitbit/watch and generates an analysis from that.

I like the idea of having PRs for more than just running. There are plenty of people who don't run for a variety of reasons. I think if it's something available in the workout list, it should be available to track for PRs.
