So it looks like I've been using the preview for a little for a month now. It finally seems like it may be starting to remember my specifics? Today was the first day that I did not have to ask it to recalculate my sleep efficiency...it automatically did it for me. I still had to ask it to recalculate my readiness score, but even that went smoother than usual. So yeah, I am cautiously optimistic that the AI is finally starting to not only remember but incorporate my specific "physiological quirks".
It'll be interesting to see at what point it starts automatically remembering my exercise quirks too. 😅 But hey, one step at a time.
EDIT 12/18
Sigh. I spoke too soon. We're back to not remembering anything. I remind it to check its notes, and "Oh yeah, you said this", but then in the very next response, seems to have forgotten it again.
I'm giving feedback every time, but it's getting frustrating going through the same process constantly, and not being able to go back to the original version (no, clicking on Settings doesn't give me an option to switch back, and there's no "star" or "gear" to click on either....I've spoken to support already, and they've confirmed that I do not have the ability to switch back).

I don't know if you're aware that you can review the Coach's notes. To do this:
This might be helpful when you need to get the Coach to "forget" about something and stop bringing it up.
Just an FYI. I haven't tried deleting any Coach notes or chats.

That's actually something I figured out almost right away. It remembers some of the dumbest things. But this was about it actually remembering and utilizing my info after a bit over a month, with daily reminders....took it long enough to learn.
