Currently the AI coach beta has set one of my cardio days to combine the bike and the rower, however it only allows me to link one thereby disregarding the cardio load of the other. This creates inaccurate tracking. It would be nice to be able to link multiple workouts to each day. Additionally, AI coach told me that it can only count the cardio load of I hit "spin" or "row" and not the session from a connected app like echelon. What is the point of having them connected then? Also, a notes section for each workout would be nice for me to track things like what weights I used for an intervals and arms bike session. Lastly, adding the vibration plate to the exercise list so that I can stop using stretching to track it. These aside, I am truly enjoying the AI coach.
