Public Preview Release date in Eu

Is there a plan to release the Public Preview to Europe ? What is the timeline for rolling out the new app design to EU countries ?

No date has been set for the Public Preview to be released to areas outside the United States.
As this a preview version, they probably want to work out as many bugs as possible before releasing it to a wider audience.
