3 letters for name when filing warranty option?

My versa had been damaged within warranty and I was filing this warranty option. The slot for name weirdly requires at least 3 letters. My name only has 2 letters for both first and last names. I had to put my family's name instead but only got a confirmation e-mail requiring further info. This definitely needs adjustment.
