I too have returned my Fitbit Versa 4. It is a downgrade from the other Fitbit models. No third party apps is ridiculous. Why would you provide a lesser product when putting out the next generation of watches? Please fix this. Do better Fitbit.
So 2 and a half years later, and still not a single blip from fitbit/google about this?
This is the single most disappointing product I have *ever* purchased!
Well, at least now it is possible to buy a decent android wear watch with 4-5 days of battery life. Obviously not from google/fitbit, who only have 20 hours of battery life!!
My Versa 4 has officially stopped working. It will no longer hold a charge. Never had this happen before with a smart watch. Did multiple resets & nothing.
My Versa 3 just died so I was sadly forced to get the Versa 4 with the knowledge that there are still NO third-party apps available. WTH??? Such a downgrade to not have Starbucks and the ability to control Spotify from my watch. I am so disappointed and so unhappy with this. Please give us the option to use third party apps that are available on the other watches. Not cool! I can't believe this hasn't been addressed. It's been at least 3 years? Come on, do better and give the people what they want. Makes no sense why third-party apps would be removed when the "new" version is supposed to be an upgrade. I also miss the flashlight app. 😞
