Ability to customize the stats/apps on Inspire series

There are several functions that I do not need or want and there is currently no way to turn them off. I would normally just ignore them but my FitBit has this annoying habit of just randomly switching to something it thinks I want, when I have done nothing. It's as bad as driving a car and when you stop at a light, the car decides you want to park so it opens the door for you. I want to control my screen, what it shows, and when it shows it. Currently I can do none of this.

I'd like to be able to tap to add water on my tracker, inspire hr, I can't add via app when working so have to keep a tally through the day and add later. Not ideal.

I second this.  This is something I really want to see in the future.  Don't need to see my water consumption on my Fitbit.  I would like to have the option to change the order of the info.

Thanks!

I would also like to see this. There are some features I don’t need to be able to see in my wrist (resting hr) and others that I would like to be able to rearrange to match my personal priorities.

I fully agree. Even the very basic Fitbit Zip allowed you to delete the tracking items that you didn't want to see. With my new Inspire I have to scroll through lots of screens to get to the few I actually want to see: steps, active minutes, distance and heart rate. This is a very serious design flaw and makes an otherwise great product into something I may decide to replace.

I would like to be able to change the order of the icons on my Fitbit Inspire HR tracker - not the app.   Some of the features I use most I have to scroll on the tracker through 5 or 6 icons.  Would be great to be able personalize icons on tracker.

Yes, I'd like to be able to change the order that the features too. Seems to be something that you could do on other models. e.g. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-HR/How-do-I-change-the-order-that-the-icons-come-up-on-the-sc...

Ability to customize stats on Inspire display

I just replaced my (excellent, but worn) Charge HR with an Inspire HR.  I'm very bummed that the ability to select and re-order the stats displays on the device was removed between the Charge and Inspire devices.  I guess Fitbit is pushing to move everyone to the expensive watch-style devices?  Hey Google!  Show you're a good owner and get a sub-team working to add this (hopefully) easy but super-useful feature!

Hi @XQQQME! Great suggestion, thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

I really want this! It’s such a waste of battery going through all of them.

I think you should be able to choose for yourself what information I want to see on my watch. I may not want to put my weight on my sleeve or know how many calories I have burned. Without just wanting to see steps, stairs and water. As it is now, it seems that you have to have everything visible on the clock even if you don't use it.

I second this.

I use "stat heavy" clock face all the time because it has the only one with time, steps & heart monitor in one screen;however, I don't really want to see my burned calories or distance taken. Rather, I would want to see in one screen the time, date, steps, heart monitor so it would be great if we could customize the clock face as we deemed fit to our needs.

At leas Inspire HR is missing very basic function - rearrange screens, remove unwanted and set default (who cares these steps? Why this is hardcoded default? )

Hi @KestasZ, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about being able to rearrange screens on the Fitbit Inspire HR. This feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here as it is not currently planned.

I’d like to be able to choose exactly what’s displayed on my inspire hr like I could on my Alta hr. I would like to not see calorie count but see my resting heart rate.

Please add clock face options that show 1) only HR, 2) clock and HR, 3) clock, HR and steps - or maybe just make the clock face more customizable so the wearer can choose which stats they want. The "heavy stats" screen does show HR among other stats but is so small it is hard to see.

I have a heart condition and bought the Inspire HR primarily to monitor heart rate while walking. Love the sleek band, did not want a bulkier watch. But finding it cumbersome to have to keep swiping to check. Adding more clock face options with 1-2 stats would be appreciated by many, I'm sure!

The inability to customize display settings on my Inspire makes me hate wearing it. I like to flick my wrist and see my steps while I'm on the move, but I can't really do that with the Inspire for two reasons: (1) I can't set it so that steps are the default view (2) If I manage to swipe to the steps number, it is so small, I have to hold my arm still to read it. There's no option to rearrange the order we see things and there's no horizontal view that would allow the numbers to be much bigger. The Alta had both of these options, so how hard could it be to offer them on the Inspire? Seeing how many other people have requested this feature - to no avail - makes it even more frustrating. If we all say "pretty please", will that help?

Everything was fine until the last update. Now I have to scroll past the silly notifications section. Yes, please let us reorder our apps!

Hi! I have a Fitbit Inspire (not HR), and I was wondering if Fitbit developers could add more compatile Fitbit Inspire apps beside the Settings, Stopwatch, and Timers. And also, I was wondering if Fitbit developers could maybe provide more interesting clock faces for the Inspire. Thanks!

I just bought an inspire bc my Alta HR battery died, after a loooong career and was way past warranty. I am pretty disappointed that I can not customize the dashboard data on my watch. Hopefully Fitbit can update the app, so I can select what information is on my watch. Presently it feels like way too much.

The Inspire HR displays all user data and there is no way to personalize what data displays on the Inspire HR screen.
