Ability to disable health tracking on Pixel watch

I would like to be able to use google pixel watch only as smart device with LTE and other fitbit device for health tracking. I'm missing a great google smart watch that would work like pixel phone with native, latest and greatest from google but at the same time I would like to have 5-7 days health tracking packed with all sensors possible.
