Please fix this!

on the charge 5, when swiping up, the payments option is the first app

I don't even have that set up, so it's just taking up valuable space on my watch. It should be hidden unless I enable it, and then it should also be a choice if you want it in the "swipe down" or "swipe horizontal" menu. And yes, those menus should be sortable.

Agree... I don't have notifications enabled either and it's just dead space that I swipe through to get to what I want.

Have been following this post since the beginning. No response from the
support whatsoever. So disappointed

Of course google bought Fitbit and they might be setting it to failure now

It is unbelievable that I can't customize the display on my new Charge 5.  Not everyone wants the same things on their display and, even if they did, the order might be different.  Makes me wish I still had my Charge 2.

Yes, terrible feature or more appropriately non-feature!

It‘s really embarrassing but also shows why FitBit will never rule the market. The small details of an user friendly UI are often missing. I‘ll probably leave again after the release of the new Apple Watch.

Curious when the plan for this is? Just got a Charge 5, and thinking of going back to my Charge 2. There's way too much "noise" on this device.  I'm very disappointed.

I just bought the Charge 5 for my husband to replace his Charge 2. The only reason for the replacement is because the Charge 2’s display went out. He wants me to return the new tracker and get a different one. He is not happy with how it is laid out, He also dislikes that he has to tap it rather than pushing a button on the side to wake it. When he taps it, the screen doesn’t wake up right away most of the time. Then, it’ll finally wake up and start jumping to different apps, like notifications, exercise, etc. He will not use the EDA or ECG features, yet there’s  no way to remove them.

Agree!  Terrible that the flexibility isn't there like the previous models.

Should also give the possibility to users can chose apps to be displayed.

I finally figured out how to remove EDA, ECG, CO2, and many of the Exercises he does not use. He never uses the Stop Watch or Timers. I tried to remove those, but there was no option to uninstall. Less apps = less frustration! He’s going to try it for 2 weeks then decide. I hope Fitbit will allowing rearranging of apps and removal of others not used or needed. They need to add more clock faces too. He uses Target, but it was the only one he kind of likes.

So here it is July of 2022 and it still is not possible to rearrange the icons of the wrist device.  As others have said, it is a great disincentive to recommend FitBit to others, when we have to scroll past unused icons to get to those we most use.

Absolutely agree!

@LizzyFitbitcan you please let us know if this is being worked on or at least fitbit has any plans to fix? I'm about to cancel my premium subscription and change to another brand.

When you swipe up on the charge 5 currently there is:
Payments
DND
Sleep mode
Screen wake
Find Phone
Water lock
& Settings
It would be useful to have the ability to be able to reorder them and remove / add items such as an always on display toggle.

I support this it would be very helpful even if shortcuts to settings could be added like an all ways on display togle.

two new clock faces, absolutely nothing like the users requested in here.

This idea has almost been pending for a year now. Wauw!

It makes absolutely no sense that the first option on a fitness watch is "notifications". I don't even want notifications on my watch. It's a daily irritation for many users and you should think that it would be possible to randomize order or even delete apps in 2022.

Please FitBit/moderator - respond to this idea and tell us what's happening. When will we have this essential feature that should have been made from the beginning?
