Able to manually highlight awake times, even if Fitbit thinks you're asleep

When I can't sleep at night, I sometimes check my watch to see the time. This means I know what times I am awake at, but my fitbit Inspire 3 will tell me that I've been asleep this whole time.
Ideally, we would be able to input this data into the fitbit app and allow the algorithms to learn better with more accurate data from it's users.
