Able to manually log custom exercise to Fitbit app

Need Exercise Activity Types not in current list. I previously manually added Pickleball, Yard Work, and Bicycling Exercise Bike from the Dashboard on website but these have now disappeared. I’m unable to add them from app & website is no longer available.

My fitbit autotracks activity but when I attempt to change it to something more accurate there is no generic option. The support pages suggest using "Workout" or "Sport". Those are not options for me when I search. Better yet, please bring back options to create custom activities. The fitbit tracked that I was swimming and that is not correct.
