Able to report and edit inaccurate nutrition information

Relatively frequently, when I scan a food item, Fitbit correctly identifies the name of the food but the nutrition information is slightly off. Usually it's off by maybe 10 or 20 calories for the listed serving, but occasionally it's way off, even though the correct food item was found.

There should be some way for users to report inaccurate nutrition information, and to upload pictures of the food item (like when you're adding an item that couldn't be found) so that Fitbit can update the database.

Yes I would like to be able to request missing nutritional information be added, and also request that incorrect information be fixed.

For example, I recently scanned vanilla almondmilk and the fitbit nutrition data showed 25g of fat per serving, however the container showed only 2.5g of fat.  Big difference!

I'd like to see an option in the add food section to report a scanned barcode result as incorrect so it can be removed or updated.

The food logging capability in Fitbit needs significant improvement to allow users to add nutritional value of foods as well as Fitbit including accurate nutritional values on standard foods. For example, the “drop down” information for EGGS is missing the most important nutritional values. A plethora of other apps have these standard feature.

There are a number of items when scanned when logging food that are incorrect. There needs to be a report an issue so the problem is resolved.

Since Fitbit is notoriously inaccurate when scanning a food item's barcode (calories per serving are often incorrect), add the ability to notify Fitbit that the calorie count per serving is wrong so it can be updated.

I've been giving fitbit food logging a try just since yesterday because I want to move away from my other food logging app. However, I've come across many errors but there's no way to flag them or submit revisions. Instead I have to take the time to create a "custom food" and that gets tedious if I have to do it every meal.

I even have a suggestion on how to implement a way for users to submit revisions.  When some one "flags" something as incorrect, the app could ask them to take a photo of the package and the nutrition label, just like the process of adding a new item to the database.

Have an option to flag foods with barcode scanning for review. I often come across inaccuracies within the app and have no way of informing Fitbit of these discrepancies. Allowing the community to help inform the review process would allow for better tracking. This option is available on other successful tracking platforms like my fitness pal.
