Able to set up and sync Ace series via computer

You need to allow child devices to be setup via a PC connection, for those of us who do not want this managed on certain phones - in my case my only phone (and no tablet) is a work device and I do not want my child's device connected to it.

@UnhappyParent  as of next month, the Fitbit Connect that allowed computers to be used, will no longer be available. Not sure that there is an easy solution for those using desktop or laptop computers.
