Activity Comparison

Hi I'd like to compare individual activities to each other.  For example, I cylce to work everyday - I'd like to see a comparison chart for each cycle to compare times, etc.  I don't see anywhere I can do this from the Android App or the dashboard on the web portal.  I also see another community post about it here:

Short of drawing the information manually into a spreadsheet, is this something that can be incorportated into an update?  Seems like it would be fairly straightforward...

Completely agree. Just purchased Fitbit surge, in general satisfied with the tracker but the mobile up lacks critical features:

1. Workout comparission (including defining a specific route to compare with)

2. (Which I can't understand why it is not there) elevation graph 

3. Graphs as a function of distance (and not time) where you want to see your progress along the route. As time varies from run to run, while running a specific route, drawing the graphs as a function of distance can give you much better understanding on your progress.

Doing lots of different workouts and have a Charge 2 and would love to be able to compare them.  Hope this happens.

I do frequently the same activities like swimming or running and I love the fact that my Fitbit detects it automatically and provides me with timing and performance data. However it would be very handy if I could compare the performance of the same activity over the months and days. For instance show my swimming timing and distance over the past days. I asked customer service if I could download it and do it myself in excel but it is not available. I would gladly make use of this and I feel many others would as well.

Hi. Pretty new to Fitbit and generally happy with it but very surprised to find out the is no existing function to be able to do this. Would have assumed it was a pretty standard feature and tbh it would have affected my choice away from Fitbit if I has known that I ant compare types of activity and therefore measure my progress (plus not be able to synch it with Apple health stats).

I think this would be a great idea so you can track your improvements for each specific exercise!

Great Idea. I would love to see how my average HR varies over time as I ride the bike along a specific route.

I’d like to see an overlay be made possible, comparing times I’ve done the same route so I can track my progress and stay motivated to improve! Please make this happen. I’m using the iPhone app. Even just a list where you can manually group together all the times you’ve done the same route, highlighting bests, maybe?

This would be great idea. It would be nice to be able compare my workouts. Especially heart rate and calorie burn. I am currently using another app to compare workouts but only for distances and weights.

I really, really, really think this is a key feature that would lift the app a ton. It's just so much more useful if I could track my progress and easily see improvements (or the opposite) over time. It seems like it's been a long time coming, so maybe it is time for this huge improvement soon? Crossing my fingers!
