Let's say I bowl for 1 hour. There is a difference on what that activity is calorie wise, if I bowl by myself, or bowl with 1,2,3, etc other people. Alone, I can do 5-6 games an hour, while with 2 other people, it could only be 2-3 games
How about adding "number of games" to something like bowling, as it actually means more than "duration" by itself.
I've noticed a lot of activity options are no longer available: woodworking is one but, for those of us in the Northeast, snow shoveling is frustratingly gone! Why remove options like that?
Please add Bowling to the exercise log on the mobile app. Many professional bowlers and members of Team USA Bowling use Fitbit products and it would help if we could better track our exercise while practicing and competing. Bowling is also the number one participatory sport in the United States and people all over the world bowl. So MANY people are bowling and would benefit from this option.
Hi, I play Lawn Bowls 3 times a week. The sessions are Two and a Half Hours or more. I would like Lawn Bowls submitted as an Activity on Fitbit please.
That sounds awesome @dgvanname! This could be a great addition to the Activity log since I've heard from other users that they also practice this great sport. I will gladly send your request to our developers so they can take it into consideration.
I bowl everyday but the weekend and I would like to see bowling added to the list of activities. It is a sport that is growing everyday and you can get a workout from it. Thank you.
Why is bowling not already a choice when entering exercise? I've been using curling instead, which I have done curling and it's not significantly more intense than bowling. Regardless, it would be nice to have bowling as an actual option when tracking exercise
I would love to have bowling added as well. I bowl 2 nights a week on leagues. I noticed this was asked in 2015 and bowling has still not been added on the activity list unfortunately. Any updates on This?
I bowl 4 or more times a week. League play is four times a week. If I sub in other leagues, then it is more than four times a week. Other times, it is by myself or maybe with friends. Will you please add Bowling to the selection list of exercise types? Thank You.

Would be great if there were more options for activity labeling. I go bowling every week and there is no option to add bowling as an activity! Sometimes I want to track my workouts but there aren't good enough categories so I just choose workout or aerobics. Even putting in some popular workout program names in there would be nice!

Bowling should be added as an activity/ exercise. For those of us that participate in the sport we deserve to be able to track our activity. As a competitive bowler I bowl anywhere from 3-6 games a night for league and then 6-12 for a tournament. I would like to track my activity and have bowling recognized.

Bowling should be added as an activity because it is a sport. As an active league member and competitive bowling I would like to be able to track my activity as I bowl. In about 3 games I walk 2400+ steps and the only thing similar I can even put it to is like curling. Bowling needs to be represented.
