Add 15 mins breathing sessions to Charge 3

The 2 and 5 minute options on the Charge 2 Relax are pretty short. A 15 minute option would be nice.

Adding the results on the dashboard would be good. For me, including very simple HRV-coherence measures (like the heartmath products) would be a big add.

I would upgrade to a Charge 3 to get longer sessions and simple HRV-coherence measures.

Hello,

also, when doing the breathing sessions, could it be possible to breathe more slowly than it does? I hardly ever breathe as fast as the device tells me to. I sing in a choir and learned to breathe deep into my belly and formed this deep breathing into my lifestyle. After workout I breathe faster though and this session app doesn't really help. "Follow the circles" - umm, no? I haven't even taken in half my breath when it tells me to breath out again.

Thanks for consideration,
Claudia

From what I gathered the suggested breathing frequency is based on you HRV. This was the case since this feature in Charge 2. I am impartial to the addition of the 15 minute relax session, but I would really like to have the HRV information available. It does not make a sense to me not to have it since the device records it.

Font size on Charge 3 is unreadable in several features.  There isn't an advantage to a larger screen if the font on several functions is too small to read.  Have they thought about the fact that we read things while walking or moving.  I am going back to a Charge 2.  I would go to a Versa but it doesn't work with United Healthcare's Motion program.
