Add Fertility Treatment Options to Menstrual Health

Adding following note options:
- Clomid (or other Folicle stimulating Med)
- Trigger Shot (Ovulation inducing hormone)
- Egg Retrieval, Embryo transfer or IUI
- Basal Body Temp- Would love it to just sync from nightly reading. Even if it cannot be medically classified as Basal, syncing an actual average nightime temp would help.
