Add GPS to swimming for Versa 4

As Fitbit have decided not to allow 3rd party apps on the Versa 4 or newer open water swimmers ‘upgrading’ to this model are no longer able to track their swims (3rd party apps did this very well on the Versa 3 etc.). This can be easily resolved by allowing GPS tracking in swim mode or creating a specific OWS mode which does so.
