Could we add another body response of "Pain/discomfort"?
Often I am feeling fine emotionally but experience frequent pain that can cause a response. The options provided do not take this into account though.

I also have chronic pain and would love this as a choice. I would also love to add a note to some things like spike in heart rate to better link my symptoms with changes in my vitals. This might help relate energy use to activities to help me manage my chronic illness better.
