Add Rucking to the Exercise app on Google Pixel Watches

I'm using a Pixel Watch 4. In this activity, I'd like to track ruck work, which is weight * distance. I'd also like to track ruck power, which is ruck work / time. And I'd like to track a higher calorie burn, which uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.
