I hear you Jake, disappointing customers should not be on FitBits list.
There is so much competition out there for the same kind of product.

Thank you for the reply, I hope fitbit gets with the times sooner rather
then later.

Yah,,,, Good luck, they don't give a **ahem**, last fitbit product for me...

I just purchased the fitbit versa 2 special edition because I wanted to use the fitbit pay option. Unfortunately, I'm from Canada and my bank is BMO (BMO Debit and Mastercard), I just learned that I won't be able to use the fitbit pay feature because my bank is not supported. I'll have to return it, I'm very disappointed because I have many fitbit devices for myself and my family, that's why chose this watch instead of Google watches at first...

I am sorry you (like I ) we’re not properly informed about the limitations
of the product. The payment options has been an issue since 02-18.

+1 vote for TD Bank / TD Canada Trust

A large number of people use TD Bank, and I'm somewhat amazed that it's not included in the Fitbit wallet

Hi @PeterVN, thanks for explaining why you would like to have this option. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about here. Keep adding your suggestions!

I've been after them for TD for at least 2.5 years.
No luck.

You need to have more than just the Royal Bank on the Fitbitpay as we all don't use that bank. I am suggesting the TD Bank and Bank of Montreal. There shouldn't be a partnership with just that one bank.

Why isn't TD on board yet?  Sheesh.

What do we need to do for this to finally happen?

Well Fitbit...I'll be saying good bye soon. It's unfortunate but I need a new watch and your not likely to be adding TD canada or US in the future. I've been requesting over over 2.5 years.

Is no one at FITBIT paying attention to what the consumer wants?

if you keep pissing off the consumer...people will go to apple or google.

You are NOT the only fitness brand on the market. We do have a choice and Fitbit is LAGGING  and losing the race.

Did you not read the original post or my post?

"Hi @Susanruth, thanks for explaining why you would like to have this option. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about here. You might be interested in this other suggestion. Keep adding your suggestions!"

The above is meaningless and the fact you guys keep posting this nonsense over and over again is nothing more than "lip service".

Either tell us please when this will be implemented and take these requests seriously or tell us the truth.  Is there really a gray area here?

I am not even just talking about TD bank and FitBit pay...I am talking about everything - why have you guys given up on this platform?

(can you also please make my Charge 3 last a little longer than 3 seconds....aghhh...is adding a screen timeout setting a difficult task for your devs...I can't read my notifications in 3 seconds?)

You don't need to put anything above "under consideration"...just do it....and then it will be done.

Any news regarding TD bank since I posted this request?

Thank you

From the comments, it appears that this has been requested for more than 4-5years. Cant believe this is still marked as under consideration. Considering that you guys dont support most bank but only RBC, its ridiculous. TD, BMO, CapitalOne, none. Baffled by this

I would love to see TD bank Visa (Canada) available on the list for fitbit pay. Seems like since the option came out no new banks have been added to the list. TD is a pretty big one not to have listed.Seems like since the option came out no new banks have been added to the list. TD is a pretty big one not to have listed.

It would be nice if Fitbit Pay had more Canadian banks. 1 major Canadian bank is not sufficient. I was really excited to get this gift for xmas but then couldn't use the fitbit pay like I thought I could. Add BMO Bank of Montreal please! If anything, that was Canada's first bank and should have been added first. Thanks!
