Add a difficulty scale to the Family Quest

The Family Quest is fantastic but there needs to be a way to modify the challenge difficulty. The challenge for the current month is too easy. There's multiple ways to do it but I want something for my family and I to have to go out of the way to accomplish. I don't want to complete it just by moving around normally. It should be a challenge!
