Add a "Find my phone" app in the Fitbit App Gallery

We all misplace our phones from time to time. Since there is Bluetooth connection, it should be simple to reverse the notification and ring your phone. So long as the phone is within Bluetooth range, this should be a feature on the new Versa/Ionic.

Literally this is the deal breaker for me vs the Apple watch.  😞  I literally was in the Fitbit store but I just miss having this feature (I cracked my apple watch screen and I've been debating buying a new one).  I did not see a response from Fitbit.

Thanks, @shenjiazhang for giving some explanation. While I would assume this can be worked around, the fact that someone has even attempted to explain the issue is helpful. I just wish that explanation would have come from..oh, I don't know, Somebody at Fitbit! Thanks again.

In iPhone we have this functionality built in and it can be used from web also so I suppose there is API for this.

I'm using the Versa and it would make so much sense to add this feature, just tap your Versa to make your phone ring, brilliant.

I have a Charge 2 and I was reading about the mi band which has a find my phone card and it will ring the phone.I thought this was cool because I misplaced my phone a lot but I always (almost) have my fitbit

Pebble had this, Android Wear has thins and Apple has this, it makes sense! Also, might also be useful to have a reverse feature that can allow you find the watch from the phone as well.

I'm really disappointed that Fitbit does not have a Find My Phone feature. I just switched from the Garmin Vivoactivr HR after my boyfriend really wanted to buy me a new watch that's better. I have the Ionic and yes it beautifully done and all and I love it so far, but I misplace my phone a lot and not having this feature really makes me sad and want to switch back to Garmin or a different watch that has that feature. After this has been suggested for a few years from what I've seen in this thread, I don't know how this has not been added to Fitbit. It's really sad that it has not been incorporated yet.

The one thing I miss from my Samsung fit is the find my phone app.  I love that I dont have to miss a call or an text, but not when I dont know where in my house my phone sits...

Add a feature to all tracker such as charge 2 that can find your misplaced phone within bluetooth range or even your misplaced tracker that is within bluetooth range and can be controlled from tracker or the Fitbit app
